MEET WHITNEY

Welcome! I am a wife, mother of 4 and work full time. My passion for having a healthy work-life balance has always been there, but mostly because when I get off work I want to enjoy my family, friends, and “me time”. I don’t want to come home and have to continue to work. I want to feel my house might be clean and healthy for everyone living in it which is why I started Clean Hive. Everyone deserves to enjoy their time and people they love.

I understand we are all at different phases of our lives which is why I believe personalized cleaning solutions are so important. No matter how big or small your home is we can work with you. I want to make sure we are taking the stresses out of your life and keeping your mind free so you can relax when its time to.

FAQ’s

There’s lots of questions when it comes to cleaning your home. Contact us directly or check out our frequently asked questions, here.

  • No, not necessarily. You're welcome to do whatever you'd like in your home during our cleaning services. As long as you're there the first time to let us in and we know the routine we'll be good from there!

  • We use ALL of our own organic products and cleaning equipment. You can keep yours safe and sound and rest assured all of our products are organic, certified and safe for children, animals and your home.

  • Very thoughtful of you - yes, it can help our team members if you pick up or put away any clothes, children’s toys or other items before we arrive. It is also appreciated if you could make sure your pet is safe and secure before our cleaning team arrives. We do know it's not always possible and that is ok too.

  • For recurring services, payment is due on your regularly scheduled cleaning day. We offer 3 options for payment: auto-billing, card payment via invoice or bank payment. Sorry, checks not accepted. Cash not accepted (except in the instance of gratuity, if desired). 

  • We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. We ask that you please let us know at least 48 hrs. in advance, so we can change our team member's schedules or arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning.

  • We provide a free consultation to get to know you and your needs so you can decide what the right next service, cadence and needs are for you and your home.

  • This is up to you. We will discuss your needs during the consultation and design a plan that works best. If you feel you need to change or update it after we start....that is OK!

  • Of course! Looking for a deep clean of 1 room and a general cleaning of everything once a month? Maybe a special event cleaning to catch up with a deep cleaning of all appliances? You got it. You tell us what you need and we'll provide a complimentary consultation and estimate.

  • We'll call well in advance of any those nationally recognized holidays to arrange for a better day and time. Speaking of the holidays, be sure to let us know if you are ever in need of extra cleaning in advance of a family get together, dinner or party - we're here to help.
